Welcome to Soulbird Sanctuary, a nurturing space for sensitive seekers and creatives to find restoration and healing. Here, you are invited to slow down, reconnect, and explore practices and connections that bring you back to yourself.

This is a sanctuary for those who feel burnt out from navigating oppression or systems of inequality, whether you’re part of a marginalized community or an ally deeply invested in justice and equity. At Soulbird Sanctuary, your sensitivity and creativity are celebrated, and your journey toward renewal and resilience is supported with care.

What You Can Expect:

Real Support from People Who Understand:
Burnout can hit different when you’re already dealing with systemic challenges. Here, you’ll find a supportive community that truly understands. Together, we’ll create a space where we show up for each other, lift each other up, and remind ourselves that we don’t have to do this alone.

Gentle Practices for Recharging:
We’ll introduce different types of practices such as mindfulness, Brainspotting, breath work, creative arts, and journaling—simple but meaningful practices that can help you unwind and feel more centered. This is about meeting you where you are and helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels restorative, not overwhelming.

Spiritual Renewal (Without the Pressure):
Whether or not you consider yourself spiritual, we’ll explore ways to reconnect with what matters most to you. This is about finding your own sense of purpose, joy, and peace, without any religious framework—just space to reflect and recharge.

Healing Together, Not Alone:
The beauty of this is it’s about collective healing. We’re here to support each other, share our experiences, and remind ourselves that we’re stronger together. Burnout recovery isn’t just something we do on our own—it happens in community, where we can share the load.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

  • Q: I'd like to make a donation to help with sustainability of the community. How do I do that? If you'd like to donate, please email Jaclyn at Fullheartandsoul@gmail.com.

  • Q: What if I can't make the times? ​​​​

    • There is a variety of events so hopefully you can find something that fits with your schedule. Some are the same every month, while other events are different days and times throughout the month. 

    • There is an online community for the bookclub on Facebook and on Bookclubs app.. If you'd like to discuss the book, reach out on either platform.  Also, as we have more admins/volunteers, we will be able to have more varied schedules.
